The Artist

Master Jiang Jinqing (姜進清) was born in 1964 in Haimen, Jiangsu Province, China. He is the 5th-generation heir of a painting family whose artistic lineage stretches back over 150 years to the late Qing dynasty — a tradition of ink, brush, and unwavering craft passed from generation to generation.

His studio, 峻清书画 (Jinqing Studio), is the continuation of that lineage. Every work is created by Master Jiang personally — his eye, his hand, his name. Specialties include large-scale ink landscape painting (水墨山水), flower-and-bird painting (花鳥畫), and calligraphy (書法).
